- The GreenLean™ system has a Patent Pending which gives equal protection and must be held

- Your purchase is a license to use the plans, system and artwork to build a single building (single
family dwelling or multiple unit townhouse) only, unless other arrangements are agreed to in
writing. You are allowed to make copies/prints only for the construction of this single building.
- For multiple use (more than a single building), contact GreenLean™ to discuss a Re-Use License.
- CAD plans are for use by the licensee only and may not be distributed to subcontractors or

to specify requirements for local conditions.
- Copyright infringers may be liable for actual damages to the copyright owner plus any profits
made by the infringer. Infringers may include homeowners, designers, architects, drafters,
interior decorators/designers, builders, developers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, real

Engineering & Building Codes
- Because of the wide range of requirements throughout states and municipalities, plan notes (if any) may not include
all of the information required by your building department. If this is the case, we recommend hiring a local design
professional or engineer who can assist in bringing the plans up to your local building code.
- Some states require that a licensed architect or structural engineer review and stamp the plans.
If this is the case where you will be building, please contact us or a local professional for this
service.
